At VIVA, we take pride in offering high-quality jewellery and watches. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to assist you.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference or change of mind.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling

Items returned after the allowed return window

4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacement processing timelines will be communicated individually.

Slight variations in color or appearance due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects
